This project called for demolition, renovations and general construction tasks for the upgrade of play equipment and the rejuvenation of an existing children’s recreational park within the City of Detroit.

The project tasks included the removal of all existing turf, proper regarding and drainage of the site location. Flatwork included the installation of poured concrete slabs and walkways. Additionally a picnic shelter was erected at the location complete with barbeque cooking units. Additional site fixtures include picnic tables, benches, trash receptacles, water fountain and bike racks. The play surface is covered by an adhered, recycled, rubber safety product.  Landscaping was installed, inclusive of new sod and new hardy low growing, ornamental shrubs.
