The project called for selective demolition, renovations and general construction tasks for 20 homes located within the City of Detroit. A & H Contractors, Inc. performed selective demolition where required by removing damaged and deteriorated building materials from the exterior and interior of the project locations. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems were inspected and upgraded as needed. The homes received all required interior repair and finish work that included drywall, cabinets, doors, windows, paint and flooring.
